What's included
Discovery and workflow design. Our implementation engineer maps your current process, business rules and edge cases into a formal XY Flow specification.
Browser agent recording. Your best operator records the work once. XY captures screen, audio, clicks and system actions and turns them into an executable workflow.
System connections. EHR, practice management, billing, clearinghouse and payer portals through API, browser automation or both. No setup fees.
Document intelligence. Fax, PDF and form ingestion, OCR (text recognition from scanned documents), splitting multi patient documents, field extraction and write back to your EHR.
SOP (standard operating procedure) and policy ingestion. Your rules and payer policies become the logic the agent follows.
Human in the loop controls. Confidence scoring, review queues and approvals, so your team validates the work before the agent runs hands off.
Testing and monitored go live. Iterative build and testing, then typically two to three weeks of monitored validation before full automation.
