💼About the Role

Our system combines:

🐍Python Backend

Agentic task orchestrator for agent logic and queue-based workflows

🌐Browser Agent

Chrome extension that observes and replicates user actions across healthcare portals

⚛️Next.js Frontend

For configuring agent workflows and visualizing runs

🗄️Integrations

Postgres db + Google Drive, Outlook, and various EHR APIs

You'll be part of a strong technical team that works directly with US healthcare providers to streamline their operational workflows — including their existing tech stack, tools, and documents — and build agentic workflows that become actionable and intelligent teammates in the process.

🤖AI-First Mindset

This is not an ML role — but you should be comfortable implementing applied LLM solutions. Think: building multi-step workflows powered by GPT, Claude, or open-source models; tool calling; vector DB lookups; and chaining actions in memory-safe, observable ways.

✨What You'll Do

Build full-stack features across our browser agent, orchestration backend, and workflow configuration UI

Design and ship ingestion pipelines that extract structured tasks from messy spreadsheets and PDFs

Extend our agent orchestration system to support new task types and retry logic

Scale and improve the browser agent's task execution and reliability

Debug real-world workflows alongside actual users in healthcare

🔍You Should Have

3+ years of full-stack experience (ideally JS/TS + Python)
Comfort across React/Next.js, SQL, and backend APIs (gRPC, tRPC, REST)
Experience working with workflows, state machines, or queue-based systems (Redis, RabbitMQ, ...)
Familiarity with integrating LLM-based solutions into production apps
✨Bonus: experience with Puppeteer, Playwright, or browser automation
