We're seeking a Customer Implementation Engineer to bridge the gap between our AI platform and real-world healthcare operations. This role blends technical implementation, process design, and customer consulting — you'll be part Consultant, part Product Manager, part Project Manager, translating customer workflows into intelligent automation solutions.
You'll lead discovery and design sessions with healthcare customers, map and optimize workflows, and implement lightweight integrations (APIs, scripts, and data mappings). You won't be building full-stack systems — instead, you'll collaborate with XY's Product and Engineering teams to bring your workflow designs to life and deliver measurable outcomes.
✨What You'll Do
🧭Workflow Discovery & Design
- Partner directly with healthcare providers, payers, and administrators to map existing processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct process mining and workflow analysis to understand how tasks, data, and people connect.
- Design future-state workflows powered by XY's AI platform — defining requirements, decision logic, and success metrics.
⚙️Technical Configuration & Light Engineering
- Implement lightweight integrations via APIs, scripting (Python/JavaScript), and SQL-based data manipulation.
- Configure agentic workflows: triggers, pipelines, configuration parameters, and guardrails.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues, payload mismatches, or environment setups; collaborate with engineers for deeper technical builds.
- Document integrations and configurations clearly to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term maintainability.
🤝Implementation Project Management
- Own the delivery timeline from kickoff through pilot success.
- Lead status calls, track deliverables, and align stakeholders around outcomes.
- Quantify ROI and value (e.g., time saved, accuracy improvements, throughput gains).
💬Customer Success & Feedback
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor through onboarding and rollout.
- Capture customer feedback and translate it into platform improvements.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn successful custom workflows into reusable templates and scalable features.
🔍What We're Looking For
💡Core Skills
- Consulting & Workflow Design: Experience mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing automation-friendly solutions.
- Technical Execution: Skilled in scripting (Python or JavaScript), APIs, and SQL for light data manipulation and workflow configuration.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to translate real-world operations into structured, automatable logic.
- Project Management: Experienced in leading technical implementations end-to-end — scope, plan, execute, and measure.
🏥Domain & Background
- Experience in customer-facing implementation or solutions roles (consulting, CS engineering, or integration delivery).
- Familiar with APIs, integrations, and process mapping/mining.
- Background in healthcare IT, healthtech, or complex enterprise SaaS is a major plus.
